Refund policy

At VinylGecko we strive to make your unique vision come to life and hope that you love your items as much as we love creating them for you. With that in mind we do accept returns with a few exceptions and restrictions. 

Custom items are not accepted for returns due to the nature of the custom item.

Ready to ship items can be returned within 7 days of delivery, but are subject to return shipping fees, and a restocking fee up up to 15% of total return.

These restrictions are not all inclusive and are subject to change on an individual basis based on the communication with us by the customer through our contact info.
