Shipping policy

Ready to ship items will ship within 2-3 Business Days.

Ready to sell items will ship within 7-10 Business Days.

Custom Items will ship within 6 to 8 weeks if selected to be done off Camera, if selected ON Camera items will ship within 6-10 weeks from the date item is started on live. If these items are gifts, please be sure to plan accordingly.

**NOTE: Cancellation of custom orders are only accepted within 72 hours of purchase and are subject to an artist fee of 20% as we will have likely already started designing your item. 

Standard Carrier is USPS and their Shipping time right now is from 1 to 8 days for priority mail or ground delivery within the US.

Outside of the US?, no problem we ship international as well!! However, the timeline for customs is not easily accessible so please expect an extended delivery window for your items. We strongly encourage taking advantage of the route package protection so that you can both track your delivery and file a claim if shipping is interrupted or if there are any discrepancies with shipping or delivery of you order.
